Update Feb 2014:  All of the models in the book (along with many more examples) are now bundled with the latest version of  AgenaRisk.  

For those who do not own a copy of AgenaRisk, a free trial of the latest version of AgenaRisk can be downloaded from here. After the free trial period ends the functionality is limited but you will still be able to run all of the models. 

To access the models in AgenaRisk  simply select "Open Example Model" and you will see a folder "Book  Models".
